About Kate
Kate is a Vice President, Business Development with AmbroseAdvisors, where she leads business development efforts supporting the firm’s investment banking division. Since 2010, she has built deep expertise in commercial banking, leveraged finance, and buy-side M&A. She serves as a strategic connector for small and middle-market companies, helping identify businesses seeking guidance in capital raising, debt structuring, and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to joining AmbroseAdvisors, Kate was Senior Vice President for Business Development at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where she expanded the bank’s presence across Los Angeles and Orange County. She partnered closely with family-owned and privately held companies, driving market growth and developing tailored financial solutions aligned with the evolving needs of local businesses. Kate played a key role in growing Enterprise’s California portfolio and was recognized with the 2025 President’s Award and the 2024 Sales Leadership Award. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Financial Analyst for a publicly traded investment advisory firm supporting senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies.
She currently serves on the Business Council for Festival of Children and has previously volunteered with the Pacific Marine Mammal Center and March of Dimes. Outside of work, Kate enjoys time with her husband and four children and remains actively involved in her school community through PTA collaboration and classroom support.
Kate holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
