About Danae
Peter is a Vice President at Ambrose Advisors. He has 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, valuation and strategic / financial consulting. He is principally responsible for providing project leadership and support on merger & acquisition assignments, capital-raising activities, and ESOP structuring & analyses.
Prior to joining Ambrose, Peter was an analyst at Eureka Capital Partners, a reputable middle-market investment banking firm. While at Eureka, Peter worked on a number of sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, ESOP advisory assignments, valuations and fairness opinions. He has experience in a wide variety of industries, including; consumer products, technology, manufacturing, and business services.
Peter graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Finance.
