Job Duties:
Gather and organize accounting data for ESOP trusts. Monitor status of loans and accounts. Perform financial calculations, such as loan amortizations. Process payroll information. Reconcile investment accounts, bank transactions, and employee census data. Prepare trial balance for the ESOP trust. Allocate plan contributions and earnings to individual participant accounts. Ensure plans’ compliance with applicable federal regulations.
