About Manny
Manny is a Managing Director at AmbroseAdvisors. His career in ESOP advisory services began in 1998 when he first utilized this unique, tax-efficient tool to provide a business owner client with the ability to sell his company in stages. Manny has since worked with hundreds of financial advisors and their business owner clients to achieve ownership-succession objectives and estate planning goals.
Prior to joining AmbroseAdvisors, Manny’s 40+ year career in the financial services industry began as a formally trained corporate banker. Then during his 21-year career at Merrill Lynch, Manny developed an extensive background in ESOPs, M&A, retirement planning, wealth management and business consulting. This professional background provides Manny with a strong skill set to assist business owners in structuring a tailored path to transition ownership of their companies.
Manny is a third generation Tampa, Florida native. He and his wife welcomed the fourth generation, their triplet daughters, 24 years ago. Manny is a graduate from the University of South Florida, is a certified Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor and holds his Series 7, 63, 66 and 79 registrations through FINRA.
